Michelle Smith is the Director of M and M Fitness & Wellbeing and focusses solely on fitness and nutrition encompassing the wellbeing of individuals to maintain a healthy body and mind. Fitness and nutrition can help to manage and cope with the mental pressures, stresses strains experienced through work.
Michelle is currently studying for her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, and has managed to successfully set up and run FREE fitness classes for the local people of Whittlesey, Peterborough. These classes are very friendly and motivating, everyone is welcome (all ages and abilities), there’s no intimidation, and it’s great to surround yourself with like-minded people.
The whole ethos behind the fitness classes is to have fun whilst getting fit, so Michelle ensures that there is laughter in every class.
Michelle also runs Body Challenges that last 5-8 weeks throughout the year to encourage people to get fitter, lose weight and tone up, with prizes to be won at the end of the challenges. Two challenges have already been very successful, and the New Year New You challenge is due to follow this success.
